Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, IAS has notified that the land measuring an area of 105 Sq.mtrs/1130 Sq.ft only belonging to Huruotsumia Community Building at Kohima Town near Super Market is required for acquisition for setting up of Super Market exit Road.
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition Act 1965, Acquisition Act 1884, the DC Kohima District, Nagaland duly authorized by the State Government as competent Authority notified that if any person/party have any claim/objection over the said area, the same may be submitted to the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Kohima within a period of 30(thirty) days w.e.f the date of the notification i.e 23rd March 2022. The Schedule given as follows: North - Town circular road, East - Private Society building, West - Private and South - KMC building.
