Deputy Commissioner Kohima Mohammed Ali Shihab. A has notified that in view of the detection of a COVID-19 positive person, the District Task Force (DTF) Kohima during its emergency meeting decided to seal Office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Kohima, South, 12th of October 2020, as per the guidelines on preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 in workplace settings issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services (EMR Division), Govt. of India, Dated 18th May 2020.

Therefore, the aforementioned Office is hereby temporarily closed/shut for a period of 48 (Forty Eight) hours, wherein fumigation of the premises is being initiated, following all health Safety measures and SOPs of the Government.

The sealed area is mapped and cordoned off and the public and all concerned are advised to follow all safety precautions of wearing masks all the time, frequently washing hands and maintain social/physical distances to ensure public hygiene and personal safety within the proximity of the sealed area.
