Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, B. Henok Buchem, has issued an order stating that, in view of the deteriorating road condition at the old KMC dumping site and the continuous landslides near the old toll tax gate (Welcome to Kohima Gate), only six-wheeler goods carrier trucks will be permitted to ply along the affected stretch of National Highway-29, in the interest of public safety, until further notice.
