DC LONGLENG INFORMS

In connection with tragic accident of Longleng bound Sumo Service that took place at Karbi Anglong, Assam on 7th December 2020 killing four persons and injuring two seriously from Longleng, the Deputy Commissioner Longleng M. Shayung Phom in a press note express sincere gratitude and appreciation for the great services rendered by the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, DC & SP of Diphu Karbi Anglong, Assam, Bokajan Police Assam and other organisations and individuals for their timely intervention.

DC Longleng also asserted that the diligence and swift responses has enabled to complete all the necessary procedure and bring the deceased bodies back to the district in a very short time. The timely action and rendering responsibility in taking quick humanitarian action is highly appreciated by the district administration Longleng and the general public of the district it added. 

DC Longleng further said the district administration shared sympathetic and deep anguish with deceased family members in this unfortunate time and pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
