The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kohima has issued final order to all concerned to remove all standing structure and newly constructed structure within the demarcated RoW of the 2-Lane, Tseminyu Kohima Km 40/000 to Km 72/400 (erstwhile NH-61) within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of this order dated 24th June 2020.

The Order stated that the final order was issued despite the issue of Order No. Rev/NH-1/98, Dated 17th November 2017, there are still some standing structure and newly constructed structures within the demarcated RoW. The order is issued for strict compliance and in default of which, demolition of the same will be carried out without further notice.
