DC PHEK DIRECTS LANDOWNERS/AGENCIES

Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Sachin Jaiswal, IAS has directed all the landowners/other governmental/non-governmental agencies that under section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965 for construction of 2-Laning of Kohima – Jessami Road (Bharatmala Pariyojana) to clear up/vacate the compensated buildings, plantations, fisheries and any other structures on the ROW along packages III, IV & V within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.

Further, it is hereby stated that after the stipulated date the land, compensated properties along the ROW would be taken possession of by the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporations Limited (MORTH) for construction of 2-Laning of Kohima – Jessami Road(Bharatmala Pariyojana) immediately without any further notice.
