Deputy commissioner (DC) Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has informed that the departments, schools, colleges, commercial buildings, private buildings, and shopping complexes of high-rise buildings in Tuensang Town will be inspected for fire safety from the 19th September 2022 onwards, by the Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services in compliance with the National Building Code part 1V 2016, to ensure safety and avoid fire hazards and incidents.

Therefore, all concerned have been requested to extend full co-operation to the Department in carrying out the stated inspection.
