Deputy Commissioner Wokha, Orenthung Lotha has informed all concerned/travelers that in pursuance of the letter received from Anusha Project Private Ltd. dated 5th June 2022 and in view of the major mudslide caused by the incessant rains between Chukitong Town and Doyang bridge at NH-2 (97+400) under Wokha district, all medical and other emergency travelers have been advised to avoid taking the route as there will be a long queue of traffic due to the ongoing clearance of mud and rock debris.

Further advisory on it will be issued shortly, informed the DC.
