Bio-Chemistry Blood Analyser which was bought for CHC Pughoboto under the aegis of Sumi Aphuyemi Hoho (SAH) by the whole ahuyemi people was dedicated by Dy. CMO Zunheboto Dr. Akaho Sema in the presence of SMO Pughoboto Dr. Hokugha Sema and SAH at CHC Pughoboto on 20th November 2020.

Speaking as guest of honour, the CMO thanked the aphuyemi people for contributing generously for the welfare of the public, which was initiated by SAH towards buying Blood Analyser machine as well as Truenat machine which has already been installed in the month of August 2020.

            He said that the people of aphuyemi can now avail the services like KFT, LFT, lipid profile, cholesterol, calcium, uric acid etc at very reasonable rate. On covid pandemic status he said that with recent surges in covid positive cases and the apprehension of getting more positive cases in winter months large gatherings like wedding, party or social gatherings etc should be avoided and precautionary measures like wearing mask, washing hands frequently should be maintained. Maintaining social distancing will definitely keep one safe from spreading or getting infected, he added.

            DPO (RCH&UIP), Dr. Nukshisangla expressed appreciation to the aphuyemi and lauded the community participation shown by the aphuyemi people towards achieving this goal.

            General Secretary, SAH, Ghuzhui Shohe highlighted on how the donation drive was initiated by SAH for purchasing both Truenat and Blood Analyser machines for CHC Pughoboto and also some medicines for every Health Units under Pughoboto sub-division which was distributed by SMO Pughoboto Dr. Hokugha Sema in the presence of SAH.

            President Aphuyemi Sumi Kuqhakulu, Kohima, Ngukato K. Tsuipu chaired the programme. SAH Secretary Vixepu Swu gave the introductory note. Bible reading and blessing of the machine was done by Rev. Fr. Luke Nagahoto, ofm cap, Parish Prist, St. Francis of Assisi, Parish Lazami.
