The Directorate of Higher Education has informed to all the proprietors/wardens of the hostels registered under the Directorate of Higher Education that the hostel forms for hostellers of Post Matric Students will be issued from this Office w.e.f. 21^st July -14^th August 2025.

The Directorate shall also issue the Hostel Eligibility Certificate (HEC) to the newly established/renewed hostel that were inspected and found to be satisfactory.

The hostel proprietors/wardens are required to bring:

1. Original copy of Hostel Eligibility certificate.
2. ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the institution where the hostellers are studying at the time of collecting hostel forms. NOC format can be downloaded from the given website, https://highereducation.nagaland.gov.in.
3. Hostel admission’s register with recent passport pasted against the name of the students.
