The closing function of the 1st Dr. Savizo N Yhome Memorial Tennis Cup was held at Chavino Peseyie Tennis Complex, Kuda Village, Dimapur on 27th February, 2021.

            President NLTA, C Apok Jamir in his speech said that tennis is a very popular game all over the world and with the 1st Dr. Savizo N Yhome memorial tennis cup, he expressed optimism that the game will go a long way in the state of Nagaland. He congratulated all the winners and all those who participated in the tournament. 

            Winners of both categories in Men's single and Doubles walked away with a sum of Rs 50,000 and trophy while runners up received a cash amount of Rs 30,000 and trophy. In men's single Vilasier Khate was the champion and Icheraibe Salie was the runner up. In Men's Double's Vilasier and Theja Khate took the first place while Vitsi and Zaputso were the runners up.
