Extra Assistant Commissioner, Kato T Aomi, NCS, Kiphire had informed that, in view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebration on 15th August 2026, a Mass Social Work will be conducted throughout Kiphire Town on 1st August 2026 (Saturday), from 6:00 AM onwards, to ensure cleanliness and improve the overall appearance of the town in preparation for the celebrations.

All the Heads of Offices, Chairman of the eleven (11) Wards, and Heads of Educational Institutions are directed to organise, coordinate, and supervise the social work within their respective office, ward, and school/college premises for successful outcome of the social work. 

All concerned are requested to extend their full cooperation and ensure the successful and effective conduct of the Mass Social Work.
