Executive Engineer, PHED Urban Division Kohima, Er. Subongyanger in a press release has informed the public within Kohima municipal jurisdiction that with the onset of the dry spells and recent years experiencing gradual but drastic changes in weather pattern, the office of EE PHED Urban Division Kohima has requested all PHED consumers and the general public at large to bear with the intermittent water supply service.

It also stated that all the water sources have seen considerable decline in discharge affecting the supply system.

The release further stated that the continuous support and cooperation of the general public will boost the department in its service for the public as the department owes greatly to the denizens in its functioning.
