In commemoration of 75th Indian Independence Day, District Administration in collaboration with Mahila Shakti Kandra and Health and Family Welfare Longleng conducted a free health check-up for women and girl child and healthy baby show competition for baby girl blow one year of age, under the flagship program of BetiBachaoBetiPadhao (BBBP) on 14th August 2021, at Bautung Higher Secondary School, Longleng.

A total of 63 babies participated in the competition where HennyeiPhom emerged first, while Zuthonglo and Chuya emerged second and third respectively.

A total of 72 women and girl child were examined at the camp. The medical team was headed by SMO, Dr.Ademla while the judge for the baby show competition was Dr.Yopovino MD Pathology.
