Wokha District Administration, District Level Centre for Women (DLCW) & Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) in collaboration with District Transport Office, Wokha under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP). The activity was started from the last month of October 2020, where Learners driver license was issued and in continuation of that organized a three (3) days driving test for the applicants from Office premises of the District Transport office Wokha from 25th November to 27th November 2020.

83 applicants enrolled for the free license registration for female drivers, the driving test was conducted under the supervision of District Transport staff and the test concluded today the 27th Nov 2020.

An awareness campaign will be conducted very shortly focusing on Road Safety Driving, and the smart cards will be issued to the applicants during the campaign.
