Organized by Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC), a Free Medical Camp and Workshop on Sanitation & Hygiene for MMC Sanitation Workers was held today 13th March 2023 at MMC Conference Hall, Mokokchung. 

Addl. Deputy Commissioner & Administrator, MMC, Chumlamo Humtsoe, in his keynote address, said that everyone should be thankful to the sanitation workers for their dedication and tireless effort in keeping the town clean and beautiful. He maintained that the good health of the sanitation workers should be the priority so that they could carry out their work effectively. Chumlamo also asked those sanitation workers who do not have the Ayushman Card to apply at the earliest saying that it would be beneficial for them and their families. He also thanked the Medical Officers and Staff for rendering their services and all those who have contributed to making the programme a success. 

Dr. Francis Rai, MO AYUSH, Kubza AHWC dwelt on the topic “ Sanitation & Hygiene”, the vote of thanks was proposed by Sentiyapang, FA while the programme was chaired by Sakumongba Longchar, FA.
