In exercise of the power conferred under Section 30(1), (2) of the Disaster Management Act 2005 and in view of the detection and confirmation of COVID-19 positive case and in the larger interest of public health and safety, ADC Pughoboto, Thungchanbemo Tungoe has informed that House No.20 at Shitulughu colony Pughoboto has been sealed with immediate effect.

Daring the sealing period, all movement of persons within the SEALED AREA is strictly prohibited.

Any persons violating this containment measures will be liable to prosecution as per the provisions of section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005 and under section 188 IPC.
