MLA & Advisor Land Resource, C.L. John inaugurated the newly recognized Chenmoho Chinglen Village on 14th December 2022. He took a Salute from the Village Guard and unveiled the Monolith. Chenmoho Chinglen Village is established from the parent village Chenmoho Village.

He urged the newly recognized village citizens to be more united, understanding, and cooperative and respect their parenting village. He encouraged the people to enroll in Aadhaar and electoral roll while thanking the Parent Village Chenmoho for installing an Angh at the newly recognized Village.

He also urged youngsters to avoid those substances which are harmful to society. He encouraged them to cultivate hard work, sincerity, and honesty.

W.N. Wangshok gave a briefing on Chenmoho Chinglen Village. Short speeches were delivered by Yamao, P. Penjei VCM Chenmoho Chingle, ADC Hq. Mon Chingak, Yemwang Angh delivered a Welcome Speech. Nganzei, Pastor Chenmoho Baptist Church dedicated the monolith.

Later, C.L. John inaugurated the 2.5 MVA, 33/11KV substation at Chen town. He thanks the state government, Chief Minister, Power Department, and all the well-wishers for successfully installing this machine in their remote area. He also requested the Executive Engineer Power department Mon and his team to connect power in some villages which are not connected and added that the people who steal power are also thieves. He also urged the people to cooperate with the Department and pay power bills on time.
