The Monthly Head of Departments Coordination Meeting of offices under Chiephobozou Sub-Division, Kohima was held on 5th August 2025 at DB's Court ADC Office, Chiephobozou.

Chairing the meeting, EAC Chiephobozou, MoaSunep Jingru, had discussed with all the Heads of Departments regarding the ensuing Independence Day Celebration, work distribution and other logistic arrangements assigned to various departments were confirmed during the meeting. 

EAC has requested all department officials to coordinate and execute their respective duties effectively for the successful conduct of Independence Day. He has requested all the department officials to attend the function positively. The departmental activities were highlighted by Visasielie Suhu, SDEO Chiephobozou.
