Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, Dr.  Tinojongshi Chang, has convened a meeting with the Jubilee Planning Committee of the forthcoming Silver Jubilee programme of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Dimapur, on 20th August at DC's Conference Hall, Dimapur at 11:30 AM.

Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur has further urged all members of the committee to attend the meeting positively.
