Deputy Commissioner, Peren, Hiazu Meru in a circular has informed all concerned that Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India shall be conducting an Assessment and Distribution Camp under the Assistance to the Person with Disabilities (ADIP) and the Rashtriya Vayoshree Yojana (RVY) for the needy Divjangjan and Senior Citizens (age 60 and above) as per venues and dates given below:

In this regard, DC have requested the following Officials to mobilize PwDs and Senior Citizens as directed below and instruct them to carry documents as mentioned:

1. The Area Administrative Officer for wide publicity in their respective jurisdictions.

2. The DPO, Social Welfare to inform CDPOs and Anganwadi workers for mobilization of PwDs and Senior Citizens.

3. The District Education Officer to inform all schools for necessary information to PwDs.

4. The Chief Medical Officer for information to all PHCs and CHC for mobilization of PwDs.

Required documents under the ADIP Scheme:

1. UDID Card (Mandatory)/Enrollment number of UDID Card along with Disability Certificate with at least 40% disability.

2. Income Certificate (monthly income not exceeding Rs. 22,500) issued by District Administration/Village Councils/BPL ration card/other competent authority.

3. Aadhar Card.

Required documents under the RVY Scheme:

1. Income Certificate (monthly income not exceeding Rs. 15,000) issued by District Administration/Village Councils/BPL ration card/other competent authority/proof of receiving pension.

2. Aadhaar Card (age 60 years and above).
