With the commencement of the new policy period for FY 2025–26, applications are invited from eligible and interested hospitals, both public and private, within and outside Nagaland, for empanelment to provide healthcare services under the following schemes:

Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), and Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS)

Eligible and willing hospitals are requested to submit the application and supporting documents to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS) via email at empanelledhospital@cmhis.nagaland.gov.in

Hospitals within Nagaland will be empanelled for AB PM-JAY and CMHIS (EP & General). Hospitals outside Nagaland will be empanelled for CMHIS (EP) only.
