In continuation of the Home Department's circular of even number dated 6^th August 2025 regarding attendance for the Independence Day celebration 2025, the Department has directed that:

1. All officers and staff of all departments located in Kohima shall compulsorily attend the Independence Day celebration scheduled at the Civil Secretariat Plaza at 9:00 AM on 15th August 2025. The attendance sheet shall be submitted to the Home Department for further necessary action.
2. All Deputy Commissioners (DCs) are directed to issue instructions to all officers and staff of all departments under their respective jurisdictions to compulsorily attend the Independence Day celebrations on 15^th August 2025. The attendance sheet shall be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner for onward submission to the Home Department for further necessary action.
