Deputy commissioner of Kohima, B Henok Buchem, NCS, has issued a public notice regarding the selection process for two-wheeler taxi permits under the regional transport authority (RTA), Kohima.

As per the notice, applications submitted in response to the advertisement dated February 19, 2025, have been duly scrutinized. The RTA has now released the shortlisted candidates in two categories—male (annexure-I) and female (annexure-II)—along with lists of rejected applications under annexure-III (male) and annexure-IV (female).

The two-wheeler riding test for shortlisted candidates will be conducted at IG Stadium on the following dates and time slots:

 

March 21, 2025: Candidates with roll numbers 1 to 190 (male) must report between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, while those with roll numbers 191 to 380 (male) must appear between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

 

March 22, 2025: Candidates with roll numbers 381 to 570 (male) are scheduled between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, and those with roll numbers 571 to 751 (male) must report between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

 

March 22, 2025 (female candidates): Those with roll numbers 1 to 27 (female) must appear between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

 

Candidates will be further shortlisted for an interview based on their performance in the riding test. The date and venue for the interview will be notified later.
