District Administration Noklak has informed that a mass social work will be organising across Noklak District on 5th June 2025 from 7.00 AM onward. The social work will include – cleaning of drainages and remove debris; trim off overgrown vegetation and trees and minimize risk of water logging, flooding and water borne disease.

The District Administration urged all citizens of Noklak district to active participate in the social work for better preparedness for monsoon seasons.

The following organisations are entrusted for monitoring and coordination during the social work: Noklak Town Council to monitor within Noklak Town; All VDMs/Village Councils to mobilize and conduct social work at their respective village and all HoDs and Institutions are to conduct social work in their respective jurisdictions.
