Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has notify to all the citizens of Tuensang district that as part of the Monsoon Preparedness, the second phase of the district wide social work will be conducted across all the Towns and Villages under Tuensang district on 5th June 2025. The activities include cleaning of drains, public spaces, clearing of blocked culvert and other precautionary measures to reduce monsoon related risks.

Further, the DC directed the Forest Department, Education Institution, local organisations and SHGs to organise a plantation drive on the same day to mark the observance of World Environment Day.
