In preparation for the upcoming 77t Republic Day Celebration 2026, a mass social work was successfully carried out across Wokha Town on 24th January 2026 from 7:00 am onwards. The initiative organized under the directive of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, witnessed active participation from District Heads of Department along with the general public.

The social work was conducted in various jurisdictions of the town, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the national celebration. District officials coordinated the activities in their respective areas, while residents joined hands to contribute to the collective effort.
