A delegation from the Department of New and Renewable Energy, Government of Nagaland, visited Tripura on 23rd June 2026, for knowledge sharing and site visits related to renewable energy projects in the state.

The delegation was led by Picto Shohe, Advisor, New and Renewable Energy, Government of Nagaland. As part of the visit, the team paid a courtesy call on Ratan Lal Nath, Minister, Department of Power, Government of Tripura, on 24th June. The visit followed communication from the Government of Nagaland to Abhishek Singh, Secretary, Department of Power, Government of Tripura, requesting necessary coordination for the delegation's tour.

Renilo Nuh, Joint Director, NRE, was designated as the point person for coordination related to the visit.
