The Directorate of Art and Culture has informed all Rural Libraries, registered under the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Nagaland, to submit the Annual Progress Report of their Libraries. This is to monitor the progress of the Libraries and the services they are rendering to the community. As per the Annual Progress Report received from the rural libraries, their performance will be assessed. Libraries that do not submit their Annual Progress Report will be treated as non-performing and are liable to be de-listed.

All Rural Libraries registered under the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Nagaland, have been requested to collect the prescribed format, which will be available at the District Cultural Offices in the Districts, and submit their Annual Progress Report to the respective District Cultural Officers, on or before 28th February 2023.
