ADC Pungro, Hotolu Sema, NCS, has issued a notice to the general public, partially restricting vehicular movement between New Vongti to Moya village under Pungro Sub-Division, Kiphire District from 6th July 2026 - 20th July 2026 in order to facilitate and expedite the earth cutting works and rock cutting operations along the aforementioned stretch roads. 

            The restrictions of vehicular movement shall be between (8:00 AM- 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM- 5:00 PM). Therefore, the general public are hereby informed to take note of the restrictions in their movement plans to minimize any inconveniences. Further the concerned contractors are to ensure that medical emergencies, essential movements of government servants on official government duties are not obstructed.
