In commemoration of the National Sports Day 2025, the Directorate of Youth Resources & Supports informed that, the cash award programme to meritorious Sports persons for the year 2024-25 will he held on 29th August 2025 at IG Stadium, Kohima at 10:00 a.m. 

The Awards shall he given to athletes who have won medals in recognized disciplines/tournaments affiliated to NOA in the International. National & North Fast levels. The concerned medal winners who have been selected are requested to contact their respective State Sports Association to check their eligibility for the Award.
