DC & DEO Mokokchung has informed all concerned and especially the contesting candidates and the additional agent expenditure that the Central Expenditure Observer inspection in respect of 25- Mongoya and 26-Aonglenden Constituency will be conducted at the office chamber of the ARO-25 A/C and 26-A/C, Deputy Commissioner Office, Mokokchung as per scheduled. 1st Inspection for 25/Mongoya on 14/02/2023 at 11:00 AM. 1st Inspection for 26/Aonglenden on 14/02/2023 at 1:00 PM. 2nd Inspection for both 25/Mongoya & 26/Aonglenden on 20/02/2023 at 11:00 AM. 3rd Inspection for both 25/Mongoya & 26/Aonglenden on 26/02/2023 at 11:00 AM.

Failure to produce Election Expenditure Register for inspection on the day fixed for this purpose shall be tantamount to failure to maintain a day to day of election expenditure as required under Section 77 of the Representation of People Act, 1951.
