The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland will organize Essay Writing and Video Making competitions as part of the Systematic Voters’ Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program in connection with the upcoming 14th General Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 on the topic “My Opinion of Elections in Nagaland”. 

The Essay should be comprised of 1500-2000 words and the video should be 3-5 minutes in duration. Entries should be submitted to ceonagaland.itcell@gmail.com on or before 24th February 2023 by 6:00 PM.

Heads of all Schools (Government/Private) functioning within the State of Nagaland have been advised to encourage students from their institutions to participate in the competitions as part of the (SVEEP) programme. Winners will be selected from each category and awarded Certificates and Cash Prizes. All the videos and essays will be uploaded to the Chief Electoral Officer’s website and social media handles for wide publicity.
