Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Kohima Shanavas C, IAS has informed that because of the ensuing 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly Election, 2023, all Arms License holders of Kohima district are to produce the arms license(s) for verification at the nearest Police Station as per the address given in the Arms License on or before 20th January 2023. Failure to comply will lead to the cancellation of arms license(s) and other penal actions as per the relevant section of law.
