The Office of Deputy Commissioner Kohima notified on 28th October 2022 for general information that land measuring 5.1 Acres / 20725 Sqmtrs, is required for acquisition / outright purchase for relocation of PHED Water Treatment Plant at Kohima Science College, Jotsoma: Kohima District.

Therefore in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition Acquisition Act 1965, the Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C IAS duly authorized by the State Government as the Competent Authority has notified that if any person /party have any claim /objection over the said area, the same may be submitted to this office within 30 (thirty) days w.e.f the date of this notification as per the schedule shown here below:-
