In view of the forthcoming General Election to Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023, Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto informed all concerned Arms License holders that all arms shall be deposited to the nearest Police Station on or before 20th January 2023, as per provisions of the Representation of Peoples Act 1951.

If anybody is found carrying firearms after 20th January 2023, the arms shall be seized and necessary action will be initiated as per the provision of Law.
