Special summary revision W.r.t. 01/01/2023 for draft publication of electoral roll as qualifying date for Wokha district started today the 9th Nov 2022 at Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall Wokha. All political parties, Deputy Commissioner, Wokha ADC, AEO, and staff attended the programme.

During the programme Assistant Election Officer Wokha informed that the draft publication, Claims, Objections period is scheduled till 8th December 2022, so he requested all Political Parties to cross-check the draft roll and do the needful. He further informed that the First Special Campaign date will be on 18th & 19th Nov 2022 and the second Special Campaign date will be on 2nd & 3rd Dec 2022, in this regard all political parties are requested to appoint Boot Level Agents (BLA) for successful revision in the district.

Later during the short programme held at the DC's conference hall, Deputy Commissioner Wokha Ajit Kumar Ranjan, IAS, and ADC Wokha handed over the Draft Roll/ Electoral Roll to all political parties for the four (4) Assembly Constituencies under Wokha district.
