District Welfare Officer Tuensang, T. Longlang Luckpan has inform to all the beneficiaries of the National Social Assistance Program (NSAP) under the Department of Social Welfare that the Payment for the financial year 2024-25 will commence w.e.f 8th September 2025 for beneficiaries of Tuensang, Noklak and Shamator District in the office of the DWO Tuensang.
The Pension Payment will include: IGNOAPS (60-79 years); IGNOASP (80 Years and above); IGNWPS (Widow); IGNDPS (Disabled NSAP); SOAP (State Old Age Pension); Blind and Invalid.
The village Council Chairman or the VDB Secretary in rural areas and Ward President/Chairman in urban areas are informed to collect the Pension Payment Booklet and bring to the DWO Office, Tuensang to enable the Department to update and process the Payment through DBT.
Besides, individual beneficiaries can also bring the Booklet if they are unable to send through their Village/Ward Authority.
