Extra Assistant Commissioner, Kiphire, Zavito, NCS, has informed all concerned that in view of the major landslide/mudslide at Chainage: 78+00 & 79+836 under Package - 1V of  NH-29 Kohima-Jessami Road under Mesulumi Village, all vehicular movement along the aforementioned stretch of NH-29 shall remain suspended for road clearance and in the interest of public safety w.e.f 5th August 2026 till further order.

            For heavy Motor Vehicle and Light Motor Vehicle:

            Pfutsero Town-Porba-Sakraba-Middle Khomi-Phek Village -Lanezho road and vice versa.

            For Light Motor Vehicle Only:

            Pfutsero Town-Tsupfume-Thetsumi-Chizami Road and vice versa.

            This advisory shall remain in force until further notice.
