In continuation to the Home Departments' (GAB-I) Order NO.GAB-l/COM/GEN-l/2020 dated 17th July 2022, the Governor of Nagaland in exercise of the Nagaland Essential Services (Maintenance) Act 1978 Section 3 (3) the Order NO.GAB- l/COM/GEN-l/2020 dated 17/07/2022 stands in effect for 6 (Six) months from the dated of issue of the order.

Therefore the said order shall stand inclusive of all sections and clauses as laid down in the Order dated 17/07/2022.
