According to the PRO & Addl. S.P, Wokha regarding the law and order situation in and around Wokha district until the 10th of February 2023, several inputs have been received regarding incidents of threats and intimidation of voters in the villages of Chukitong Circle in the 37th Tyui A/C. One complaint of assault and molestation of a woman was received on the 4th Feb 2023 naming two persons.

As per information received from the Returning Officer 37th Tyui and 38th Wokha Assembly Constituency, no candidates have withdrawn their candidature from 37th Tyui and 38th Wokha A/C.
