Additional Deputy Commissioner & District Election officer Pughoboto has informed the General public of the Pughoboto subdivision that there will be a demonstration on the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and Voters Verifiable Paper Audit Trails (VVPATS) with effect from 17th November at Additional Deputy Commissioner office Pughoboto.    

The Directorate of Art and Culture has informed all Rural Libraries, registered under the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Nagaland, to submit the Annual Progress Report of their Libraries. This is to monitor the progress of the Libraries and the services they are rendering to the community. As per the Annual Progress Report received from the rural libraries, their performance will be assessed.

The Directorate of School Education has informed all concerned that the competent authority will be opening/activating the Common Scholarship Portal (State Portal) from 21st November 2022 till 31st December 2022 for the academic year 2022-2023. The President and all members of Nagaland Athletics extended their congratulations to the Athletics team of Nagaland for its commendable performance at the just concluded North East Olympic Games 2022. Athletics won a total of 23 medals that included 9 Gold, 4 Silver, and 10 Bronze Medals which was the highest amongst all disciplines in the overall Nagaland tally.

For the conduct of the annual Nagaland State Emergency Preparedness Exercise on earthquake disaster scenarios of 8.7 magnitudes on 17th November 2022, a tabletop meeting was held on 15th November 2022 at 11.50 am at Deputy Commissioner's official chamber.

The State Home Department has notified that in connection with the forthcoming Nagaland State Legislative Assembly Election, 2023, all Grade IV Staff under Home Department, SAB-'B' viz.
