The Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) has announced that the Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games (NOPG) 2026 will be held from 2nd to 14th November 2026 at Chümoukedima and Dimapur.

The disciplines recognized by the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) for the NOPG 2026 has been determined as per the proposed 4th North East Games 2026, taking into consideration the available infrastructure and resources. The disciplines are:

(i). Archery (Men & Women)

(ii). Athletics (Men & Women)

(iii). Badminton (Men & Women)

(iv). Basketball (Men & Women)

(v). Boxing (Men & Women)

(vi). Football (Men)

(vii). Pencak Silat (Men & Women)

(viii). Taekwondo (Men & Women)

(ix). Wushu (Men & Women)

A separate competition notification will be issued to each concerned Sports Association and the contingents for the games will be as per the 17 districts of Nagaland.

Registration of players and teams will be done electronically (online) commencing from 1st October 2026 and the last date for submission of player and official registrations will be 15th October 2026. No changes to the registered names will be permitted after the completion of the registration process.

The Games Organizing Committee will provide accommodation, local transportation, food and technical arrangements for the competitions in the host cities. The dates of arrival and departure will be notified separately.
