Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C has issued a Permit Addendum in continuation of the Permit Order issue dated 22/11/2022 to The Nagaland Adventure Club (NAC), Kohima for holding of Grand Finale of the Federation of Motor Sports Club of India of Indian National Rally Championship for the Closure of Actual Competitive Rally Route as mentioned under:
12th January 2023: From Jotsoma - Khonoma - Dzuleke 20 km – Closing time for General Public is 6:00-10:00 AM and Opening time for General Public is 10:00 AM onwards.
From CC School Mission Road Start - IG Stadium 10 km - Closing time for General Public is 09:30 - 14:00hrs and Opening time for General Public is 14:00 Hrs onwards.
13th January 2023: From Jotsoma - Khonoma - Dzuleke 20 km - Closing time for General Public is 05:30 AM, 08:10 AM, 11:10 AM, and 13:40 Hrs and Opening time for General Public is 07:50 AM, 10:50 AM, 13:20 Hrs and 16:40 Hrs.
14th January 2023: From CC School Mission Road Start - IG Stadium 10 km - Closing time for General Public is 05:30 AM, 08:10 AM, 10:25 AM, and 13:00 Hrs and Opening time for General Public is 07:50 AM, 10:10 AM, 12:45 Hrs and 14:50 Hrs.
The order further issues the following terms and conditions:
1. All competing cars will strictly follow all traffic regulations when they are using public roads and pass in 2 minutes intervals.
2. In case of any medical emergency or security emergency arises the rally will be stopped and allow the general public to use the route and reclose the route once the situation is taken care of.
3. The Rally Officials are allowed to use Radios using a particular frequency with permission from the concerned Authorities.
4. The NAC must follow all the Regulations in conducting the rally in terms of Safety and running of the Rally, put forth by the Federation of Motorsports Clubs of India (FMSCI), the governing body for rally types of Motorsport activities in India, Recognised by the Olympic Association and Sports Ministry of Indian Government.
5. The Rally must maintain law and order
