Deputy Commissioner & DEO, Phek Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has notified for the general information of all concerned that the Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for the General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly vide its press note No.ECI/PN/2023 dated 18th January 2023 

The Model Code of Conduct comes into force with immediate effect from the date of the Announcement of the Election.

The Nominations & Scrutiny will take place in the respective offices of Returning Officers for all Assembly Constituencies under Phek District.
