Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Zunheboto in an order stated that In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 160 to Section 165 of the Representation of People Act 1951 and consequent upon the Notification of the Government of Nagaland, Home Department GAB-I NO. GAB-I/GEN-14/ELE/2020/dated, Kohima 20th January 2023 and further in pursuance to the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland: Kohima letter No. ELE/CDT-236/2016 dated 19th January 2023 and No. ELE/CDT-236/2016 dated 28th January 2023, the Mini Truck/Tata Mobile/Bolero Pick Up/Sumo/Omni Van/Zonal/Local Taxi owners and drivers including those vehicles already requisitioned under Zunheboto District are hereby directed to report along with Zonal/Taxi permits and vehicle documents in original on the date, time and venue specified below positively without fail.

Mini Truck/ Tata Mobile/ Bolero Pick to report on 2nd February 2023 at 10:00 AM at Local Gjlk round Zunheboto and Sumo/Omni Van/Eeco/Alto on 3rd February 2023 at 10:00 AM Local ground Zunheboto.

Failure to comply with this order, strict action shall be initiated against the vehicle owners/ drivers and shall be booked under relevant Sections of the law.

Form 12 (Postal ballot) to the attached drivers will also be issued on the same day.
