Additional Deputy commissioner Bhandari & Returning Officer 40 Bhandari (ST) Assembly Constituency, Bhandari: Nagaland, Rohit Singh through a circular dated 31.01.2023 has issued a notification which stated that Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposer(s) to the Returning Officer, Rohit Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhandari, or to Wetsho Lasushe, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Bhandari, Assistant Returning Officer, at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner,  Bhandari between 11:00AM and 3:00 PM on any day other than Public holiday and not later than 7th February 2023.

The circular also stated that forms on nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid, and that nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhandari on 08th February 2023 at 09:30 AM.

Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by the candidate or by any of his proposer(s) or by his Election Agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified above, before 03: 00PM on the 10th February 2023 it added.

In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February 2023 between 0700 hrs and 1600 hrs it also added.
