Returning Officer for 6- Tening Assembly Constituency, Imsenperong Wati has informed that

1.      An election is to be held of a member to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 6-Tening Assembly Constituency.

2.      Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposer/s to the Returning Officer or to Imliwabang Aier, EAC Tening and Assistant Returning Officer 6-Tening Assembly Constituency at the office of the Returning Officer 6-Tening AC, Old DC’s building, Peren town between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on any day (other than public holiday not later than 07/02/2023).

3.      Forms of Nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.

4.      The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Office of the Returning Officer 6-Tening AC, Old DC's building, Peren town on 08/02/2023 Wednesday at 12:00 pm.

5.      Notice of withdrawal of candidates may be delivered either by the candidates or by any of his proposer/s or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidates to deliver it to either of the officers specified above at his office before 03:00 pm on 10/02/2023 (Friday).

6.      In the event of the election being conducted, the poll will be taken on 27/02/2023 (Monday) between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
