ADC & Returning Officer 10 Northern Angami-I(ST) Assembly Constituency Kohima has on 31st January 2023 issued Form-1, Notice of Election that
- An election is to be held of a member to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 10 Northern Angami-1 (ST) constituency.
- Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer or to Nockpai Konyak, Assistant Returning Officer, at SDO (C) HQ Room 1st Floor, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Kohima between 11 AM and 3 PM on any day ( other than public holiday) not later than the 7th February 2023 ( Tuesday).
- Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.
- The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at ADC & RO's Room, 1st Floor, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Kohima on 8th February 2023 (Wednesday) at 11 AM.
- Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3 PM on the 10th February 2023 (Friday).
- In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February 2023 (Monday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
