Additional Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer Akuluto in a notification stated that:
- An election is to be held of a member to the NAGALAND LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY in the 31-AKULUTO(ST) ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY
- Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposers to Atsungba Walling, Additional Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer or to I. Yentinoungbou, Extra Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Returning Officer at the office chamber of the Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer, 31-Akuluto AC between 11 A.M and 3 P.M on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the 07th February 2023.
- Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid.
- The nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at the office chamber of the Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer, 31-Akuluto (ST) Assembly Constituency on 08 February 2023 at 11:00 AM.
- Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph [2] above at his office before 3:00 PM on the 10 February 2023
- In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February 2023 between the hours of 7: 00 AM and 4:00 PM.
